  • Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession that helps restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness, or disability. Our physiotherapists use hands-on treatment, exercise, and education to help reduce pain, assist in improving mobility, and support injury prevention stratergies.

  • You can book online through our website, call us directly, or send us an email. We offer appointments during the week and on Saturdays to suit busy schedules.

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated. For example, shorts for a knee or hip issue, or a singlet for shoulder or neck problems.

  • We treat a wide range of conditions including back and neck pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, joint and muscle pain, arthritis, headaches, workplace injuries, and more.

  • Your initial consultation is up to 45 minutes, plenty of time for your physiotherapist to really get to know you, carry out a thorough assessment and start putting together your treatment plan.

    For follow-up appointments we offer flexible options to suit your needs. Standard follow-ups are up to 30 minutes, and for those who would like a little more time with their physiotherapist we also offer extended sessions of up to 45 minutes and up to 60 minutes.

  • No referral is needed. You can book directly with us. However we do accept referrals from GPs and specialists if you have one.

  • Absolutely! We have HICAPS on site so you can claim your health fund rebate on the spot. Just bring your health fund card and we'll take care of the rest.

  • Yes, we accept GP Chronic Conditon Management plans (GPCCMP) through Medicare as well as DVA referrals. Please bring your referral and relevant card to your appointment.

  • Absolutely! There's street parking right out front making us easy to get to. We also have a dedicated back entrance for patients with disabilities or mobility concerns, so everyone can access our clinic comfortably.

  • Yes we are! We're open on Saturdays so you can fit your appointment around your busy week. Give us a call or book online to secure your spot.
