Cheesy tumeric cauliflower popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower head (about 800g) cut into bite-size pieces

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)

  • 1 tablespoon almond meal

  • 1 tablespoon tapioca flour (or arrowroot)

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  • Set oven to 200 degrees Celsius

  • Line a large baking tray with baking paper

  • In a large bowl toss the cauliflower in olive oil, almond meal, tapioca, parmesan and turmeric and sprinkle on sea salt

  • Pour the cauliflower onto the tray and spread out evenly

  • Bake for 25 – 30 mins until golden brown and tender

  • Eat hot!
